Sinco (i just like saying that) rules an awful lot like the hemmi models made for post and other folks. I'm pretty sure they're not manufactured by hemmi, though; they tended to label all their rules. Also, the cursor designs on the sinco rules are somewhat different than the hemmi ones. On the other hand, they do look awfully similar to the (also made in japan by some random manufacturer) Lafayette rule i have. Anyway, this is a really nice little 4" mannheim rule that, like the 4500, i bought at The Computer Museum in Boston.
