Like all of Sinco's rules this is a fantastic slide rule; it's certainly the nicest circular I've ever seen. It's made of a plastic laminate over a metal base, with nice engraved scales, and has the scales labelled on the cursor. The rule's constructed of a rotating inner disk (the slide), a stationary outer disk (the body) and a rotating cursor. The only problem with the rule is that the inner disk can be somewhat difficult to grip and turn. I don't even want to talk about how much money i spent on this rule.
