I'm pretty sure Sinco (yes, they really called themselves that; i figure they considered that apellation a little less egotistical than calling yourself 'The Scientific Instruments Company') just resold other folks' rules. They seem to have picked the very best rules they could find and resold them under their brand. Really, they're awfully nice rules. I swear.
