A fairly nice Mannheim rule, along the lines of the Castell and other german rules, only soviet. It's pretty much identical to, and was probably made by the same people (the State Slide Rule Company or something, i suppose) as made the other russian rule i have. Not much else to say about it, except that it's kinda cool to see soviet slide rules. i'm not sure why, but they seem doubly obsolescent. This was the nicer of two russian rules i'd been looking at. the other, though, was a bit more interesting in that it was made by Castell but labelled entirely in Cyrillic. i don't miss the cold war at all, i don't.
