Mostly interesting because of its soviet origins; it's otherwise a pretty simple rule. This rule looks a lot like earlier European Mannheim rules. I have no idea what anything on the back of this rule means. Both cursors were on this rule when i bought it; i'm not sure if they're original or not. It's possible the second cursor was added to replace the broken cursor.
