Like the N15-T, this is a co-branded special purpose rule. The rule and case say "Cleveland Institute of Electronics". It's kinda surprising how many of these you run into. Presumably, CIE gave these to all their students, but you wouldn't think there were that many students of the Cleveland Institute of Electronics. Well, it just goes to prove my theory: Germans love David Hasselhoff.
