Easily the most bizarre rule in my collection. i'm assuming this was some kind of gag gift or company promotion, maybe slipped into the kit of somebody who was supposed to be using a Load Adjuster rule. This thing's an obvious parody of that (also somewhat bizarre) rule, from a time when you could drink yourself stupid and feel good about it. I have no idea what "V-69 V-69 Hey!" means, but it was probably followed by a gulp. The third picture shows the back of the slide.
