In spite of the missing cursor, this is a reallyreally nice rule, possibly the nicest mannheim rule i've ever seen. it's a lot heavier than you'd expect for a bamboo rule, it's very wide and thick, and, in addition to the metal reinforcement on the back, as in the Post 1447, it's got plastic on the back, which helps prevent the bamboo from splintering. Jeez, i hate not having the cursor, though. I used to simply refuse to buy rules without cursors, but i'm kinda changing my mind in the case of really nice rules like this one and the K&E 4031. In fact, this one i didn't even really buy, kendra picked it up and i stole it before she got a chance to sell it. Don't tell her, ok?
