Dietzgen 1760P

Dietzgen 1760P (front) Dietzgen 1760P (reverse)

Dietzgen's rules are very similar to K&E's. This is their version of the basic Mannheim rule. Like the 1725, it's an awfully nice example of the type. In particular, the standard table of equivalents on the back seems to be made of some kind of plastic or laminated paper, which protects it a little better than the usual glued paper variety. The one lossy bit on the rule is the fairly cheap cursor, which isn't nearly as nice as the K&E equivalent. On the other hand, it has the nice design feature that rules like the Unique have: the slide extends a little beyond the body, making it easier to grab.
